Terms and Conditions

Book Yogashala is a marketplace where registered Partners may publish admin-approved yoga programs, stays and products. Partner-supplied descriptions, availability, quotations, fulfilment and service delivery remain the Partner's responsibility.

Partner Plans

A Partner must purchase an available plan to use the listing allowances assigned by Admin. Payment does not publish a plan automatically: the payment must be successfully verified and the request approved by Admin. Validity starts when the approved plan is activated. Plan limits, prices and durations may be changed for future purchases or renewals.

Featured Placement

Featured Placement is a separate, category-specific paid request for an active listing. Payment does not guarantee approval or a permanent position. Admin approves eligible requests, may reorder featured results within the category and removes placement when its paid validity expires.

Fees and conduct

The Partner bears the displayed plan or featured fee, payment-gateway charge and applicable tax. Partners must keep information accurate, comply with law and respond honestly to travellers. Book Yogashala may suspend accounts or listings for misuse, misleading content or policy breaches.

Refunds

Partner Plan and Featured Placement payments are non-refundable once paid. Traveller refunds, if applicable, follow the terms agreed with and disclosed by the registered Partner. See the Payment Policy for details.
