Book Yogashala uses account, enquiry, booking, listing and payment information to operate the marketplace, provide support, prevent misuse and meet legal or accounting obligations.

Information we process

We may process contact and account details, Partner business and KYC information, listing content, enquiries, order details, payment references and technical security records. Razorpay processes card, UPI and banking credentials in its checkout; Book Yogashala stores transaction identifiers and invoice information, not complete card details.

Sharing and retention

Relevant traveller details are shared with the registered Partner responsible for an enquiry, booking or order. Payment and operational data may be shared with payment, email, hosting and compliance providers only as needed to deliver the service. Records are retained for business, fraud-prevention, accounting and legal purposes.

Security and choices

Partner dashboards and verification records are access-controlled. You may request a correction or ask a privacy question at support@bookyogashala.com. Some records cannot be deleted while legally or operationally required.
