Payment Policy

This policy explains payments made through Book Yogashala for Partner Plans and Featured Placement, and how traveller refunds are handled.

Partner Plan and featured fees

Admin sets the fee, validity and allowance for each Partner Plan and the separate fee and validity for each category-specific Featured Placement package. The checkout total shows the base fee, payment-gateway charge and applicable tax. These amounts are payable by the Partner.

Successful payment and approval

A request enters the Admin approval queue only after Razorpay payment is captured and verified by Book Yogashala. A payment receipt and invoice are emailed and remain available in the Partner account. A plan or placement becomes active only after Admin approval; failed, incomplete or unverified payments do not renew or activate a service.

No refund for Partner fees

Partner Plan fees, Featured Placement fees, gateway charges and their applicable taxes are non-refundable once paid. Contact support@bookyogashala.com before payment if any plan detail is unclear.

Traveller payments and refunds

Book Yogashala connects travellers with registered Partners. Any cancellation or refund for a yoga program, retreat, stay or Partner-supplied product is governed by the terms agreed with and disclosed by the registered Partner. The Partner is responsible for communicating eligibility, deductions, timing and settlement of any such refund.

Expiry reminders

Book Yogashala may email plan-renewal reminders 7 days, 3 days and 1 day before expiry with a secure payment link. Delivery of a reminder is a convenience and does not extend validity. Only a successful verified payment that Admin approves renews the plan.
